Seller and agreement

This service is supplied by Kcg corporate group pty ltd. By using Workplace Strengths Profile, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, authority to bind it.

The service

We provide exploratory workplace self-report assessments, candidate reports and related account services. Available packages and their scope are confirmed during account setup. Individual CV review, SWOT, recommended edits and document downloads are planned services; confirm availability before buying.

Profiles are not scientifically validated, do not rank candidates or determine suitability, and must not be used to make automatic hiring decisions. CV-quality scores, where available, describe the document rather than the person's employability. No job, interview or hiring outcome is guaranteed.

Accounts and your information

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate details. Submit CVs, personal data and other content only where you have the necessary rights and permission. Employers and recruiters are responsible for lawful assessment invitations, appropriate candidate notices and human review of reports.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment-related support; Kcg corporate group pty ltd handles product and account support. Payment, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy. The price, currency, applicable tax and any recurring billing period must be disclosed at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Contact-only package prices are supplied privately during account setup.

Acceptable use and AI-assisted content

  • Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Do not introduce malware, interfere with security, probe systems, scrape restricted data or bypass access controls.
  • Do not submit or request illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or attempts to bypass AI safety controls.

You are responsible for your inputs, prompts and use of outputs. AI-assisted content may be incomplete or inaccurate: verify facts and review suggestions before use. It is not regulated professional advice and must not replace appropriate professional or human oversight. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, restrict access and suspend accounts for violations.

Intellectual property and content

Kcg corporate group pty ltd retains ownership of the service's software, documentation and branding. You retain rights in your submitted content and grant us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide, protect and support the service. You may use reports and generated documents provided under your package, subject to third-party rights; AI outputs may not be unique and we do not guarantee that they qualify for exclusive intellectual property protection.

Report rights-holder complaints through our contact page, identifying the content and your claim. We may remove disputed material and suspend repeat infringers.

Availability, suspension and consumer rights

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
